This tour has been developed for people who would like to stay in a beautiful hotel, on a small Scottish island, and enjoy wonderful food, great whiskey and good wine. We as guides will provide excursions on our island, into the Western Highlands and onto the Isle of Skye. We will spend our first and last night in Inverness…. a good transportation hub…. and drive the group to Raasay from there.

Our Inverness hotel is a boutique style country house hotel next to Loch Ness.

Uniquely our beautiful island hotel will be ours for the days that we are together. The hotel is a part of the small recently opened distillery…. a distillery that is already acclaimed. Their restaurant is excellent and we will enjoy great meals, there and elsewhere !

Bring a sense of adventure because we will explore ancient castles, beautiful lochs and the stunningly gorgeous coastline of Western Scotland…… but we’ll do these things in a relaxed style and with an abundant sense of the Christmas festivities. ‘Relaxed” is the important word here. If you wish to do nothing but enjoy the ambience of our location, we would fully understand.

This tour is for small groups (4-12), accompanied by 2 guides (for groups of more than 6), travelling in comfortable minibuses (1 or 2 depending on group size), which enable us to get into many places that big buses just can’t. They also provide us with opportunities to ‘dash’ down a country lane to explore something new and unique.… An adventure!

Cost of the tour is USD 6750.00 per person.

Included: All necessary transportation and admissions whilst you are with us. 11 nights hotel accommodation. All breakfasts, 3 lunches (picnics where I think it could enhance the trip) and 4 dinners. All activities are subject to possible change. Tour guide tipping is discretionary. A tour deposit is required to reserve a place on this tour.
